Music scientifically designed to help when life feels flooded

My heart goes out to those in Houston and other places that have experienced terrible flooding. Flooding can happen physically and emotionally and can wreak havoc inside and out. I want to provide a resource for people struggling with feeling overwhelmed it is called the Safe and Sound Protocol and is scientifically designed music to soothe the human nervous system.
